Dear Readers,

2014 is drawing to an end. It was a successful year, with great achievements for the FCI and for dogs worldwide.

2015 will be a challenging year for our Federation. We are indeed faced with anti-canine legislations and different issues that might badly affect our beloved 4-paw friends. However, I am convinced that, working together, the FCI team, all over the world, will succeed in overcoming those difficulties, for the benefit of dogs worldwide.

Allow me to say a few words related to our FCI Youth: they are doing a good work in developing strategies aimed at creating Youth organisations, where there is none, at national level.

I want to thank you all for your outstanding cooperation in developing initiatives for the benefit of our Federation and dogs worldwide and I look forward to continuing working all together in 2015.

On behalf of the FCI General Committee and in my own name, I seize the opportunity to wish you all and your family a very happy Holiday Season and a fruitful year 2015.
